Welcome to Gower View Penthouse, a 5* self catering holiday apartment on the beachfront in Llanelli, Carmarthenshire, South Wales

The apartment is well furnished and equipped, with everything working. The views over the bay are fantastic and can be enjoyed from both lounge and main bedroom - or from the balconies. We were very lucky with fine weather and ate our dinner every night on the balcony. The surrounding area is great for walking and swimming, and also within easy reach of the National Botanical Garden. The owner has provided lots of leaflets/information on local attractions, and gave clear directions on check in/check out process. September 23

The description of this property really did not do it justice. The light and views were amazing; so much do that my 17 year old barely left the balcony when we were in snapping pictures of the sunset and moonlight. It was spacious and comfortable with everything that you might need. Shopping, countryside, beaches, walking, and places to eat all at hand. It was super relaxing and I am hoping to plan another visit. July 23

This is a great penthouse in a sublime location This lovely penthouse is located directly at the beach. The penthouse is well equipped, very spacious and has great views at the sea. It is a perfect base to explore the Brecon Beacons, Pembroke National Parc and the Gower. July 23

What a lovely apartment! The views hit you as soon as you enter the living room or master bedroom. We could never tire of watching the tides here. Well worth climbing the stairs for! The whole apartment felt clean and well kept. There was everything you could need for a comfortable holiday. Sally went out of her way to make sure we had all we needed for our children. Great communication with her during the booking process. Our 3 year old loved scooting along the cycle path or watching the dog walkers. We enjoyed watching kite surfers. We would definitely recommend this apartment for a relaxing break! June 23

What a fantastic apartment that actually blew us away with, first, its position looking out to sea, with lots of things to observe with the tides and people watching from the two balconies in the downstairs bedroom and upstairs living room. There was everything we needed to fully relax with all the kitchen utensils and home tools at hand and a fully equipped kitchen. The TV had BT satellite and home theatre speakers to fill the nights. The bathrooms were very spacious with the showers being best I’ve ever experienced with such a strong water force! Finally the master bedroom provided us with all the comfort we needed for with a massive space, en-suite, comfortable bed and balcony looking out to sea. The heating was just perfect keeping us toasty. Highly recommended. February 2024
